Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange most items within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange:

    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when delivered. 

    • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates (if any), and invoice/receipt attached. 

  • Non-returnable items: Customised pieces, engraved items, or any product marked as “final sale” will not be eligible for return/exchange. (You may choose to specify this in your store’s case.) 

Refunds or Store Credit

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval or store-credit option.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (or store credit/exchange, as per your preference). Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a fault, defect, or wrong item sent. 

  • We recommend shipping via tracked/insured courier to safeguard the package; we are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments. 

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. Provide order number, item details, reason for return/exchange, and pictures if the item is damaged/faulty.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it to our returns address.

  4. Upon receipt and verification, we will process refund or exchange as per policy.
